Responsibilities:

-Manages the sales function in Trade channel in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues and to ensure the right organization and structure is in place for delivering objectives.

-Develops and drives creditability and long-term relationship with the distributors, to fulfil long term objectives.

-Responsible for creating and implementing the sales plan, incl. forecast, and monitoring sales efforts and performance against budget and to take corrective actions, in order to contribute to overall business plan.

-Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve the predefined sales target and profit goals.

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing

-15 years in MMC and FMCG industry with at least 8+ years in key commercial managerial role.

-Good analytic, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; Good spoken & written English; and Fluency in Cantonese

-Attentive to details; Creative thinking; and able to work under pressure.
