Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the daily operations of US or Germany warehouse
• Coordinating with different internal and external parties
• To lead, supervise, review, recommend and implement policies & operational procedures to meet with the Company's development needs and to ensure compliance of the Corporate policies
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• Prepare quarterly and yearly sales forecast and action plans
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.
• Frequently travel in USA & Germany

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or Business Administration related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry including 3 years at management level
• Strong solid experience in all-round Electrical manufacturing factory is a MUST
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Putonghua is a MUST
• Independent and ability to deal with deadlines
• Proficient in MS office, Photoshop / AI application
