Principal Job Duties: 

• Oversee the material management functions of Production and Materials Planning & Control, Purchasing, Inventory and supply chain arrangement; 
• Ensure delivery of a smooth and appropriate material supplies, capacity allocation, material availability and logistic planning so as to exceed customers’ expectations; 
• Manage a high accuracy of inventory level and constantly review the process and procedures for improvement recommendations. 
• Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of customers’ order and on time delivery. 
• Prepare necessary reports and analysis for management's and customers' review and analysis; 
• Drive continuous improvement on planning process, cycle time, costing and inventory level; 
• Set and achieve departmental goals & KPIs. 

Qualification / Requirements: 

• Degree in Business / SCM, Engineering or relevant discipline;
• Min. 10 years management experience in purchasing, PMC, warehouse, custom areas, to support Manufacturing Operation in China;
• Solid experience in MNC manufacturing setting desired; 
• Proficient on ERP, JIT systems, organized and systematic; smart and sharp on figures;
• Mature judgement and decision-making ability, with strategic and tactical material management experience;
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work under pressure and deliver result.
