Job Description
Job descriptions:
- Perform material planning and ordering, issuing POs to suppliers and following up with suppliers on delivery.
- Work closely with warehouse team for monthly and annual stock take/adjustment activities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly stock reports.
- Assist production planning supervisor on daily planning work.
- Assist production manager on ad hoc projects.
Job requirements:
- HKCE/DSE or above
- Prior experience in a procurement/ purchasing/ supply chain role is preferred
- Prior experience in printing & packaging industry/ manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in Excel is MUST, and Word & Chinese Word Processing is an advantage.
- Independent, self-motivated and willing to work under challenges.
- Working Hour: Mon - Sat (8:00 - 17:00)
