Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staff acquisition for various departments to meet business needs
  • Responsible for staff engagement activities including orientation program and new hire induction
  • Responsible for implementation of staff communication initiatives of various formats like staff meetings, forum etc.
  • Assist in various HR projects covering HR processes revamp, job grading evaluation, staff development plan
  • Provide consultancy to line management in both the Hong Kong head office and worldwide offices to enhance organization effectiveness and staff relations
  • Deliver HR services independently in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements
  • Lead a team to maintain various regular / ad hoc management reports
  • Coach and guide the team members to sustain high quality HR services
  • Engage in any other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • University degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in the human resources area, of which at least 4 years in managerial position
  • Well versed with prevailing HR systems and practices preferably with exposure and solid experience in project management as well as staff relations and communication programs
  • Well organized, meticulous with strong project planning and implementation skills
  • A team player with tactful interpersonal and presentation skills, outgoing personality, ability to communicate and partner effectively with people from different backgrounds
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and work under tight time frame and under pressure
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
