• To provide a quality customer service to the buyer
• Follow up the whole process of product development and sourcing
• Work independently with factory and customers on follow up work
• Responsible for shipment and order follow up
• Coordinate with related parties for shipment arrangement

Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 3 years of merchandising experience and 1 year of shipping experience and customs clearance
• Can handle customer correspondence and arrange shipment independently
• Knowledge of MS Word & Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, hardworking, reliable and willing to learn and reliable
