Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise a small COC team
2. Handle all audits carried by customers’ 3^rd parties
3. Perform internal audits and review HSC’s control
4. Ensure the company’s policies and procedures are compliant with the legal and social regulations and market practices
5. Provide CAP reports and provide recommendations for further improvement
6. Communicate with all relevant departments for non-compliance activities and follow through the enhancement
7. Update the management, suppliers and clients about the changes on relevant regulations

The ideal candidate:

1. Degree holder in Safety or Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering
2. At least 8 years work experience in social compliance and sustainability in garment factories, in which 3 years as supervisory role
3. Familiar with local labor code, regulations and guidelines from customers and auditors
4. Good technical knowledge on production systems in garment factories
5. Good command of both written and oral English
6. Knowledge on Putonghua is an advantage
