Job Duties:

• Work closely with oversea buyers, factories independently for daily development & bulk production follow up.
• Well organization skills of dealing with complex requirement from buyers.
• Price negotiation and liaison with buyers and factories.
• Need to work out any new development samples with current and potential vendors (both China & Overseas) to meet buyer’s requests.
• Full merchandising duties from development until shipment completed.
• Work closely with other departments such as Quality Control and Shipping for updating the quality standard and shipment status.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher diploma of Poly U. or HKIVE in textile & clothing studies.
• Preferable merchandising experience in all-rounded (woven, cut & sewn, washing, printing) and familiar with EU fashion market
• Good in time management and able to work with tight schedule and under pressure.
• Solid experience in garment manufacturing
• Frequent travel to China is required
• Occasional overseas travelling is required Strong in sourcing, Knowledge of Fabrics and accessories with Fashionable sense
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Mature, Detail-minded, Well-organized
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Good sense of humour and capable to deal with complicate problem into simple solution
