Job Duties

• Initiate, plan, organize, lead and control Manufacturing Excellence projects to improve the productivity and profitability of the operations through elimination of waste of time, money, materials, man-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value.
• Analyze data, reports and process to Identify improvement opportunities with quantifiable business benefits in terms of costs, efficiency, quality and productivity in manufacturing plants.
• Develop Business Case Metrics, Scorecards, Methodologies and Tools to build and track Manufacturing Excellence progress
• Drive and introduce new manufacturing concepts and production technologies.
• Drive planning, leading and facilitating effective kaizen events.
• Regular travel work in multiple production facilities in China and other countries in Asia.

  Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Master in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Over 8 years of relevant experience gained from garment or textiles manufacturing industry, in which 3 years in the managerial level.
• Well-experienced in new project implementation and management
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes
• Superior analytical (quantitative and qualitative), problem solving, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with ability to influence multiple levels of management and associates without direct control of resources.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio)
• Possession of strong Manufacturing Excellence Toolbox (Lean, Kaizen Event, Six Sigma, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Continuous Flow, Line Balance, GSD, SPC, 5-S, Project Management, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.)
