The jobholder will work under the Swarovski B2B business and acts as the link between the sales team in the global markets and our Asian suppliers to realize customized product ideas and solutions for our demanding clients in a fast-paced consumer environment. Main areas cover on-time project completion, implementation of standard operating procedures, and coordination among sales, sourcing partners, product development, quality control and designers. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Support Key Account Manager / Sales Team to achieve sales targets and act as the technical project manager on product customization projects and being responsible for successful project realization in terms of time, cost and quality
• Support preparation and follow up of customer meetings. Assures creative but realistic product solutions are proposed and follow through
• Understand the customer expectations and ensure appropriate solutions are offered
• Identify and evaluate vendors, develop samples and products as well as establish product quality standards in line with company directions to achieve optimum results in quality, on time delivery, cost and vendor management
• Consult the sales team on options and possibilities regarding product, cost and timing and directly translate the customer needs into a product
• Maintain excellent transparency during the project and coordinate with all involved stakeholders and parties, while monitoring production status and following through until project completion.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, sourcing or project management
• Previous exposure in gift, accessories and packaging is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge of production, quality and working with Chinese suppliers
• Result-oriented with strong project management skill. Able to work under pressure and be a good team player
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Flexible in travelling
