Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Performs production process and produces the finished products according to the appropriate documentation or procedure in order to meet the PIC/S GMP requirements
• Prepares and follows the instructions and SOPs relating to production operations including the preparation, cell processing and culture, aseptic processes and finished product packaging
• Completes the productions records and submits to supervisor or above for checking, including the batch record, reports and validation documents
• Performs maintenance of the production premises
• Performs and assists in validation studies
• Participates the required initial and continuing training
• Performs the designated environmental monitoring (after training)
• Participates in the cleaning / room disinfection program
• Reports to Head of Production on all production deviations for investigation and evaluation according to SOP
• Monitors storage conditions of materials and products
• Keeps the stock inventory
• Be responsible for procurement of starting material, packaging material and consumables for manufacturing
• Shift-duty is required according to the production schedule

Requirements:

• Degree in Biological Science / Biotechnology / Applied Biology / Life Science or equivalent
• With 1 year or above related work experience
• Experience and knowledge in sterile or biological products manufacturing would be an advantage
• Working location: Wong Chuk Hang
