• Handle customer purchase orders and shipping inquiries
• Provide daily production status reports to the customers and Management
• Logistics arrangements – shipment and material issuing
• Coordinate all shipping booking (SI)  with couriers, forwarders and shipping companies based on the internal and remote site production schedule
• Handle all import/export shipping documents
• Handle Tradelink import/export declarations
• Prepare On-Time Delivery Reports
• Prepare shipping cost analyses and packing specifications – Sea and Air Freight
• Perform stock-taking, handle incoming / outgoing raw materials and finished goods
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain is preferable
• Minimum 3-5 years in production planning/ logistics environment
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent Mathematics skills and sensitive to data patterns
• experience in PMC and Logistics in manufacturing is a must
• Familiar with ERP based inventory / manufacturing systems
• Knowledge in I/E, shipping lines, Tradelink, and US/EU/CN customs documentation a plus
