RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Handling in-coming fax and telephone call from customers;
• Independently issue and follow up correspondence; 
• Handle sample, quotation, catalogue;
• Prepare proforma invoice and issue sales order;
• Independently co-ordinate with PMC department and shipping section to ensure that production and shipment is able to meet sales order requirement respectively;
• Follow up sales order related activities.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Form 5 or above;
• 0-2 years working experience in manufacturing field is preferable;
• Strong sense of responsibility, accurate and hardworking with good communication skills;
• Strong in following up orders;
• Familiar with MS Office and typing in Chinese and English;
• Fair in English and Mandarin speaking.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
