Responsibilities:

• Converts global SCM strategy to serve customers/markets profitably and drive Standardized Systems & Processes
• Supplier benchmarking to drive relevant programs to stay competitive      
• Analyze and plan the sourcing strategies for risk, lead times, cost price breakdown, volume, customer coverage, etc. based on the project.
• Develop and determine KPIs for implement and improvement sourcing strategies with internal parties or with the suppliers.
• Design & deploy SCM policies in line with markets/business needs
• Identify the bottleneck or problems and provide the solutions or suggestions in a timely manner
• Coordinate and collaborate with different parties, such as project team, logistics, sales team, software team and etc. for operational processed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related discipline
• 8 years in Supply Chain experience or above and at least with 5 years’ experience in managerial grade
• Great interpersonal communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Sense of ownership and good time-management skills
• Critical thinker and problem solving skills under pressure
