The Job

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies (including traditional media and digital platform such as social media, mobile, websites and search engine marketing & etc.)
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen corporate image and enhance brand awareness
• Identify strategies for boosting store awareness and maximize sales & profitability
• Formulate content strategy and manage the content update of online channels for marketing campaign launch
• Assist to drive, develop and deliver innovative CRM strategies, and ensure that all related activities achieve the Company's business objectives
• Work closely with internal marketing team to ensure a perfect alignment with the marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets, reports and data analysis
• Collaborate projects with other vendors

The Person

• Degree holder in Business / Marketing / Communication or related discipline
• 4-5 years’ experience in store marketing, CRM or related areas, highly prefer with retail or FMCG experience
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and creative 
• Digital marketing experience will be an advantage
• Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Good command of written and spoken both in English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
