Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing projects and campaigns, including advertising and publicity, direct marketing, as well as mass marketing campaigns
• Handle marketing operation duties including daily customer enquiries, reporting, customer follow-up, web contents maintenance of the Council’s website
• Assist in customer supports initiatives including consultation service and rewards scheme
• Assist in conducting market research and customer survey
• Compile management reports and presentations for review and analysis
• Support in organising buyer forums, seminars and networking events at trade fairs when required

Requirements:

• University graduate preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing and customer service, hands-on experience in administrative support
• Sound knowledge of Internet is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly self-motivated, outgoing and customer-oriented
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, mature and can work independently

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on temporary terms. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
