Job Description :

- Co-ordinate the production of firm’s publications

- Oversee the provision of information regarding the firm’s services

- Organise and co-ordinate programmes with clients and other external organizations, such as seminar and cocktail

- Update and maintain databases and related documentation

- Assist in staff activities

- Conduct market research

- Produce reports that contribute to the successful marketing and promotion efforts of the firm

Requirement :

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline

- At least 2 years relevant experience in professional services firm, finance or related industry would be preferable

- Presentable, outgoing, proactive and creative

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese

- Proficient in PC operation (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing)
