Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in language studies/ business studies or above;
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, including mandarin;
• Proficient with MS Office; Knowing of Chinese typing is a must;
• Candidate with at least 1 year relevant working experience with exposure to Government / Marketing Sector is definitely an advantage;
• Strong customer and results oriented, with ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity;
• Initiative, considerate and detail-minded with good sense of responsibility;
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure; and
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibility:

• Monitor and update CMA social platforms (e.g. Facebook, wechat and whatsapp) 
  
• Identity members’ need, assist in organizing member activities including Dinner Receptions / Happy Hour / Seminars / Missions / Exhibitions / Film Shows, etc
• Assist in design and publication of promotion collaterals (e.g.: brochure, fact sheet, website, video, presentations) from sketch
• Organize meetings for functional committees, prepare agenda, minutes and other meeting related materials
• Source Year-round and Seasonal Offers (products / services) for members
