Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor a team to handle regular donation, including donor communications, payment accounts, record maintenance and follow-up services in a timely manner
• Assist the Manager to review donor retention strategies and monitor donor service statistics to refine the operation and service
• Provide trainings to the team and refine operation manual/ guidelines to maintain quality service to regular donor accounts
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties for donor and system issues
• Assist the Manager in formulating plans to achieve the agency policies, strategic directions and budgets, as well as conducting the evaluation for improvement
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Gradeuate of tertiary education level or above, with at least 3 years working experience, preferably in customer services field with supervisory experience
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Stong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and team player
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command in MS Office

Contract period: 1 year (Renewable)
