Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, developing, ideation and implementing PR and marketing communications strategies including traditional and social media for B2C luxury consumer brands (Beauty/ Fashion/ Lifestyle/ F&B categories)
• Strategic thinker and social media savvy with out-of-box concepts to develop communications strategies and proposals besides traditional PR
• Provide high quality and accurate written collateral, digital contents, documentations and reports
• Build and maintain high-level media and influencers relations and driving excellent deliverables
• Plan and implement events smoothly and drive quality event management
• Drive successful campaign results and exceeds KPI
• Maintain professional and excellent client servicing consistently
• Budgets and third-party management
• Add creative insight and problem-solving to all of the above on a consistent basis
• Responsible and supervise client servicing team; ensure your responsible works by individual or team are in flawless execution

Requirements:

• 4+ years of comparable agency experience; Bachelor's degree in Journalism/ Communications/ Public Relations/Marketing/ Integrated Marketing is preferred
• Strong and proven track record of success in developing and managing integrated, multi-channels ROI-oriented communications strategies
• Strong relations with media, influencers and vendors
• Sound knowledge of digital communications, emerging platforms, social and influencers
• Excellent communications skills with professional servicing manner to communicate up, down and across internally, as well as with clients, media, influencers and third-party
• Critical thinker, sharp judgement with issues management ability and problems solving
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic with desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and tight deadlines environment
• Ability to work on multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing; experience in using photo/video editing tools, web analytics and/or similar reporting tools is a plus
