The job holder is to assist the Production Department of General Catering Division to perform Administration duties.

Job Duties:

• Maintain document filing system
• Data input and maintain staff      attendance on the HR system
• Communicate with internal      customers for school meal ordering & cancellation arrangement
• To prepare attendance and      allowance reports to HR Department
• Maintain the filing system
• To perform other duties as      assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1-2 years clerical experiences
• Knowledge in catering or food industry will be an absolute advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Application
• Detail-minded, pleasant, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
