Our client is a listed, pioneer in a leading IT field, that is seeking a Marketing candidate to cope with a good phase of business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in plan and implementation of media means, included analyst, developing, implementing, and maintaining media communication objectives, strategies, and follow up across all types of medias ( e.g: Baidu, UGC, OTA, and etc) for brand building, and product launches
• Deliver proposals and media plans to support all marketing campaigns with various platforms
• Understand and coordinate efforts, consolidate briefs/ ideas to deliver insights and recommendations 
• Plan and roll out medias promotion, advertising, pricing management  to achieve the objectives set under the company's marketing strategies
• Oversee execution of online & offline campaigns from tracking, monitoring to develop integrated media plans in optimization
• Prepare annual media plans, budgets, generate media resources and its performance assessment, medias procurement and maintain competitive analyses. 
• Closely work with media sales representatives if needed to explore new opportunity and applicability of media vehicles

Requirement:

• University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred
• At least 3 year of media field experience, preferably exposure to both offline and online. E
• Experience in China medias and digital market is an advantage.
• Ability to develop strong relationship, both internally and externally, and feel comfortable interacting with people from different disciplines and cultures
• Good team player, self-motivated and strong work ethic. 
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, and with strong presentation skills
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
