Job Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Manager to promote the Institute’s branding by developing and implementing the Institute’s communication strategies;
• Proof-read and oversee the production of Institute's publications including monthly journal, annual report, brochures, publicity materials and promotional publications; 
• Create social media contents including but not limited to Facebook page, LinkedIn, Twitter and online advertisements;
• Work with stakeholders to ensure marketing activities and programmes are implemented effectively and efficiently;
• Implement all collaborative projects with other professional bodies and stakeholders;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required and all tasks as directed in a timely manner.

 Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related discipline;
• Highly motivated and a good team player, with excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills;
• A least 6 years’ experience in integrated marketing including ATL and BTL;
• Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and willing to work outside office hours;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediately available preferred.
