Our client is an investment company with business activities in Hong Kong and China.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement external and internal communication initiatives;
• Plan and organize events and ensure all communications materials including printed and online publicity and corporate collaterals, sponsored community projects and community liaison and engagement are accurate and precise;
• Establish and maintain relationship with key stakeholders including the media, lawmakers, the public, the Government departments and NGOs through industry exchange and corporate visits;
• Partner with other departments through publicity, campaigns, speakers’ bureau, leadership initiatives, event marketing as well as ATL-BTL communications channels to promote brand recognition;
• Prepare and manage Corporate Communications budget planning and monitor the ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Journalism, Communications or related disciplines with at least 8 years of experiences in corporate communications, public affairs, community relations, CSR initiatives, managing internal communications and event management;
• Experienced in social media and website management would be an advantage;
• Detail oriented, independent and a responsible team player;
• Fluent in English and Chinese including Mandarin.
