Investor Relations Assistant Manager / Officer

Responsibilities:

• To analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior and research reports
• To draft press releases, monthly IR reports, newsletters and interim and annual reports
• To support investor relations activities, including results announcements, reverse roadshows, conference calls, roadshows, IR meetings, etc.
• To conduct regular communication with investors, analysts and media，responding to enquiries and liaise with external parties
• To assist in presenting the Company to investors, analysts and media

Requirements:

• 1-2 years investor relations experiences in listed companies is highly prefereable; candidates with 2-3 year experiences in professional firms will also be considered
• Degree holders in communication, finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines
• Self-driven, high integrity, responsible and responsive, flexible, excellent interpersonal skills with ability to deliver results with shifting priorities
• Systematic, detail oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion
• CFA qualified is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications with PowerPoint & Chinese and English word processing
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a must
• Experience in real estate industry is preferred
• Occasion travel is required
• Immediate availability is preferred
