Key Respsonsibilities:

• Be responsible for coordination of fundraising campaign "Flag Day 2019"
• Assist the Manager in executing the marketing plan of "Flag Day 2019" and monitor the implementation to achieve the targets
• Support on development of donor communictions materials including Donor eNews and donor journey
• Assist the Manager in planning and impletmenting of donor loyalty programs, as well as conducting the evaluation for improvement
• Maintain various communication channels wiht donors to attract and retain the regular donors
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in communications, marketing, event management and/ or fundraising
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good project management and execution of marketing events and initiatives
• Experience in website and social media management is preferable
• Strong in communication, networking and interpersonal skills
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Contract Period: Fixed contract until 8 September 2019
