Job responsibilities:

• Expand the anchor or self-media agency that has the potential to produce content/capabilities in related fields
• Responsible for establishing cooperation between relevant fields and the company's product cooperation platform (live and short video), effectively completing resource integration and exchange, commercial contract formulation and project promotion
• Responsible for completing the cooperation plan and the entire project management, such as program control, integrating and coordinating internal resources to ensure the implementation of cooperation
• Daily management and coordination of content partners
• Coordinate the promotion of content generated by content partners
• Assist in ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or Translation required
• Have high aesthetic ability of content, long-term attention to short video and live broadcast platform, ability to recognize good content, and knowledge of new media platform.
• Strong communication and business development skills, rich experience in business negotiation, and provide business resources are preferred, such as KOL resources, FaceBook / Youtube / IG and campus channel resources…
• A keen business and market awareness, and excellent resource integration capabilities and business promotion capabilities, local media promotion resources are preferred.
  Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution, ability to withstand greater work pressure, and teamwork spirit.
• Model brokers, entertainment broker management, artist management, and entertainment-type media experience are preferred.
