Responsibilities:

• Assist to provide strategic input for long-haul to plan and implement major marketing and advertising campaigns Help formulate strategy on new product launches, mega event promotions and selected integrated marketing campaigns
• Explore new initiatives / cooperative platforms and supervise the implementation of marketing and brand building campaigns
• Effectively monitor and control the quality of brand marketing related deliverables and activities and ensure that they are well implemented, in accordance with the agreed brand strategy and guidelines
• Develop and implement differentiated PR strategies that help promote the company brand image and achieve business goals
• Maintain a strong network of media contacts
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
• Assist Management to prepare yearly budget exercise
• Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
• Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications / Journalism or related disciplines
• Proven 6 years’ working experience in FMCG / fashion retail / beauty
  
• Working experience in Marketing/ Public Relations agency is a plus
• Solid organizational skill including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Good knowledge of digital and social media is added point
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
