Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the marketing strategies and plan
• Promote products, services and solutions for acquiring the new customers by e-marketing and different kind of social media
• Develop and manage customer experience in the new retail / on-line shop targeting specific customer segment in order to groom their travel interests and facilitate their experiences
• Manage CRM system and application of data for business development and growth
• Manage marketing budget and control expenses for every campaign
• Evaluate business performance and review marketing programs efficiency
• Analyze market trend including competitors’ business and marketing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce or Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experiences in marketing, advertising and e-commerce.
• Good knowledge of the market trend and development of the evolving new digital marketing channels.
• Good project management and communication skill.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
