Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with global and regional team to prepare annual brand plan, making significant contribution to an integrated sales and marketing plan
  • Build Revlon brand as the most preferred massive brand in color cosmetics category
  • Obtain consumer insights and understand market trends from conducting primary/ secondary consumer research and regular discussion with frontline staff
  • Conduct regular business updates and analyze market data
  • Carefully study new product ideas from global team, develop product launch plan that can maximize sales opportunities
  • Constantly reviewing wall planogram to arrange the best product line up
  • Initiate profitable volume driving promotions with strong focus on Key Accounts
  • Work closely with Sales team and Finance team to ensure effective consumer/trade activation with good ROI
  • Establish and review pricing strategy
  • Work closely with advertising agencies and media agencies for the successful execution of ATL and BTL marketing activities
  • Evaluate cost effectiveness of marketing programs & advertising campaigns
  • Keep close eyes on competitors' advertising and promotional activities
  • Work closely with Supply Chain on demand forecast and inventory control

 Requirements:

  • University graduate in marketing, business administration & related disciplines
  • At least 7-year of FMCG working experience, preferably from MNC background. Beauty/ skin care related experience is a plus
  • Creative thinker, able to plan and convert strategies into results
  • Proactive and detail-minded with strong sense on numbers
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills, with the desire to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and events from inception to post event follow up with strong attention to details
  • Sound organizational and time management skills with good tasks priorities
  • A high level of professionalism and commitment
  • Advanced Excel skills, Chinese word processing & Powerpoint
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Knowledge on Advisor is an added advantage
