Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of marketing administrative duties, including but not limited to marketing campaign management, fixed assets management
• Provide secretarial support to the Management
• Responsible for providing an administration service between the stores and head office functions
• Follow-up with the stores to assist in preparation of reports required by management from time to time
• Communicate with associated departments to ensure that all stores are stocked according to correct guidelines
• Implement office administration policy and procedures
• Assist in organizing company activities and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
• Outdoor work maybe required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Pleasant personality with integrity, reliability and orderly traits and qualities
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, self-motivated
• Well-organized, able to work under pressure and work independently 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Analytical, numerical and detail-minded
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Specialist, Digital Marketing & Marketing
