Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and update engaging multi-media content for ANDS digital platforms including websites, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social channels
• Plan and execute online content promotions for both programs and events and provide reviews and insights after execution 
• Project management and collaborate across teams to deliver effective content and content marketing strategies – including but not limited to editorial articles, Live Stream, research reports, survey reports, marketing brochures, infographics, SEO and EDM/banner ad content
• Continuous research on digital marketing trends to keep update and share insights

Requirements

• Passionate in digital is a MUST
• University graduate in communications, marketing, digital media or related disciplines
• 3+ years of solid experience in in-house digital marketing/marketing or digital marketing/marketing agency (with solid portfolio)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, etc and SEO best practices
• Good communication skills in Chinese and with English 
• Work independently, quickly and with limited direction
• Ability to manage detailed project plans with accuracy, positivity and passion
• Experience in leading a small team, knowledge in photography & video editing software (Adobe Premiere, iMovie) are definite advantages
