Job description

• Account servicing role, proactively build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with excellent service level provided
• Handling client enquiries
• Execute A/B testing, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve clients’ business goals via digital campaigns
• Manage digital marketing campaign for corporate clients by having a deep understanding and ability to analyze ROI/CPA goals and data, media buying cycle, website architecture, marketing philosophy, targeting mechanism, etc.
• Explore new trends in digital marketing/ e-commerce
• Prepare and present digital strategies to clients
• Compile reports and coordinate with internal & external parties for digital project implementation

Requirements

• Degree holder in Advertising, E-Commerce, Marketing or other related disciplines
• Proven work experience in digital account management
• 1-2 year of digital advertising/ digital marketing working experience, especially in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Mobile, eCommence or other digital related roles
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good understanding and experience in planning, handling and evaluating digital projects
• Problem identifier and solver
• Good​ command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) ​ will be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
