We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic person with a heart to serve the underprivileged children and families. Strong administrative and communication skills are required. Major Responsibilities

l  Classes & activities coordination (students, parents, tutors, collaborators);

l  Support and coordinate the organizing of events and activities;

l  Programmes’ logistics and administrative duties;

l  Concert related administrative duties;

l  Data entry and filing;

l  Assist in communications with collaborators & external services providers;

l  Maintain inventories and organize storage space and

l  Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

l  Bachelor Degree in Management, Social Science, Education or related;

l  Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience preferably gained in NGOs;

l  Good communication and interpersonal skills;

l  Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and

l  Able to work flexible hours.
