Job Description

We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic person with a heart to serve the underprivileged children and families. Strong administrative and communication skills are required. If you have a passion to serve, be comfortable interacting with others, and possess excellent administrative skills, we'd love to hear from you.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Project Management

 -          Manage projects, e.g. music workshops, events, and concerts & musicals

 

  • Art Administrator

 -          Coordinate & conduct production and design meetings

 -          Scheduling, ticketing, document handling and other duty planning

 

  •  Stage Production

 -          Manage both technical and non-technical issues

 -          Coordinate production team related matters

 -          Liaise with venue management, contractors, event organizers, crew and suppliers

 

  •  Other stand-in and ad-hoc roles

 -          Master of Ceremony

 -          Assist in marketing and promotional activities

 -      Perform ad hoc duties are required.

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor Degree in Management;

Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience preferably gained in NGOs;

Good communication and interpersonal skills;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and

Able to work flexible hours.
