With oversight of executive management, the marketing manager will participate in the development and execution of all marketing activities and initiatives at VSH.  The position will work alongside internal business and medical teams to produce actionable marketing strategies and plans to generate patient referrals, customer engagement, and build brand awareness.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute marketing programs and strategies to strengthen relationships with referral veterinary clinics in Hong Kong and develop new referral relationships.
• Develop and execute multifaceted media outreach including, but not limited to, local social media, event marketing, and online marketing.
• Compose and develop marketing materials to support and strengthen the VSH brand, communicate new services, and other initiatives in collaboration with the creative team.
• Coordinate local PR initiatives including customer testimonials, press release distribution, and media opportunities.
• Manage social media channels and respond to social media posts, questions, etc. Provide relevant information to hospital leadership to ensure any concerns received through social media are addressed.

A friendly and hospitable person with a positive attitude is essential for this position. 

5+ years’ experience in a marketing role. 

Must be fluent in English.  Excellent communications skills, including written English. 

Experience in health services is a plus
