Job Description

Job Description:

  • Enhance customer loyalty program to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation and advocacy
  • Design and deliver marketing / CRM campaigns and events that are data-driven and segment-focused with accountability for the effectiveness
  • Measure results of CRM initiatives to ensure KPIs are fulfilled
  • Conduct monthly CRM reports and convert data into market insight
  • Support multiple teams (including brand managers) and assist in optimizing customer journey, sales, strategic marketing and communication initiatives
  • Establish and manage relationships with vendors, partners and internal resources to coordinate delivery for effective programs and promotional campaigns that are consistent with branding and product merchandising
  • Streamline and automate fulfillment processes for member enrollment, member benefits, promotion fulfillment, and program reporting working closely with multiple teams

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM/ Digital/ Marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail or hospitality sectors
  • Familiar with statistical reports compilation and data analysis
  • Knowledgeable in CRM system design, analytic infrastructure management and with strong analytical skills
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative with strong marketing and business sense
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, good time management skills and able to work under pressure
  • Cross functional working experience and demonstrated multi-tasking capability
  • Attention to details, result-driven with excellent execution and organization skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of CRM systems e.g. AX CRM is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
