Requirements:

• Bilingual in German and English (all in written and spoken); French as a third language would be a plus but not compulsory;

• Business School Graduates or Degree holder;

• At least 2 years’ working experience in digital sales administration duties and customer service under an German sales environment for domestic retail distribution and exports to European countries ;

• Be meticulous and attentive to detail;

• Must have excellent MS Office skills (particularly in Excel) with experience in using ERP software; and

• Willing to work in special working hours, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

   

  Responsibilities:

• Stationed in Hong Kong, as part of the Group’s Sales Department to assist and support the Sales Managers who are stationed in France;

• Data verification and entries of sales orders in the Group’s ERP;

• Handling Amazon sales administration including product updates, order and invoicing follow-up;

• Preparation of commercial documents such as sales confirmation, delivery notes and invoices etc.;

• Preparation and follow up on logistic documents in relation with our warehouse based in Europe;

• Following up on customers disputes and telephone relations with customers;

• In contact with various departments of the Group in France, Belgium and Hong Kong; and

• Preparing regular and ad hoc business reports for management.
