Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation of marketing strategies formulation, marketing campaigns and brand-building plans

• Work closely with promotional partners, suppliers, advertising and PR agencies on various marketing/brand building initiatives

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing/brand building initiatives

• Support the development and launch of below-the-line marketing plans and programmes to achieve goals

• Organize press releases, conference & coordinate with beauty editors to maximize PR exposure for the brand

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

• 1-2 years of experience in brand management in FMCG/beauty sector

• Experience in skincare industry is an advantage

• Strong in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally

• Experience in digital creative writing, blogging or publication is highly preferable

• Familiar with social media platforms, including Facebook, Weibo, etc. Hands-on experience is preferable

• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
