Paid Search Manager

Currently working with a global digital agency that delivers media services to clients across Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search and SEO. The team works with a broad range of clients from retail to travel and B2B. They are looking for a bi-lingual Paid Search Manager with min 6 years digital agency experience. They ideally want someone that has experience in working with travel or lifestyle clients before and is able to manage to a team

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day to day client relationship, making sure that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely way
  • You will be responsible for managing a team, their training and development and recruitment for the team.   
  • Have a personal interest in the industry trends and keep up to date with digital developments, sharing information and POVs with your clients and the wider team
  • Maintain strong relationships with key media and technology partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert into revenue for the business.  
  • Manage a team assisting in their development and supporting prioritization of work load 
  • Identify opportunities where you can increase growth of revenue and margin across existing clients

 Required:

  • Minimum 6+ years digital media experience gained in a global agency
  • Experience of working with platforms such as Search Ads 360 / Google Ads
  • Deep hands-on experience of managing at least two media channels 
  • Proven track record of account optimization and performance improvement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Good project management skills
  • Self-motivated and be able to work under their own initiative
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills to support media planning, forecasting & evaluation
  • Able to digest large amounts of data and intelligence and translate it in to meaningful insights for clients
  • Comfortable with working with wider teams, in different locations across different methods
