Our client is a leading Lifestyle & Entertainment platform that is deep rooted within the market and encompasses multiple new initiatives to launch. They have a friendly and open office culture that encourages sharing new ideas and initiatives.
They are seeking for a Marketing Director to join their growing team based in Hong Kong and will report directly into the senior management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Spear head the marketing team on strategies, directions and provide essential guidance
- Develop and bolster the existing online and offline marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Deploy active branding strategies via digital marketing channels and social media
- Deploy online marketing and content management, SEO, Google analytics as well as other means of search engine algorithms
- Manage marketing performance, customer acquisition and conversion
- Work closely with senior management to report on team performance, ROI and budget
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, PPC and social media
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
- Work closely with production, design and sales teams to bolster client satisfaction
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Requirements:
- BSc degree holder in Marketing, Digital Technologies or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Previous working in OTT/ e-commerce/ content marketing business is preferred
- Understanding of the media industry and previous working in an internet company is a plus
- Good understanding of content marketing and e-commerce industry
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Proven track record in managing online and offline marketing campaign
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Fluency in Chinese and English is essential
