Opus Talent Solutions is now working with a well-known lifestyle company to recruit a Marketing Lead to develop the company’s marketing strategy in order to grow their presence and customer base. You will be partnering closely with teams across APAC as well as globally, and working in an energetic trendy environment in this Asia head office. This is a permanent role and fluent English and Cantonese are expected.

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for both online and offline marketing for the local inbound market
• Plan and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns
• Analyse and report performance of campaigns and initiatives to extend current strategies and identify new growth opportunities online
• Develop strategic partnerships to increase local customer base
• Negotiate and monitor execution of partnership contracts and ensure compliance of all parties
• Drive local execution of integrated co-marketing campaigns, product partnerships and promotions
• Provide input to digital, creative and social teams to ensure consistency across all messaging

 Essential qualities:

• At least 8 years working experience in integrated Marketing
• A strong track record in consumer marketing with a mix of digital, offline and BTL experience
• Team management experience is preferred
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Globally-minded with a collaborative attitude
