Job Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for full spectrum of finance PR project, including IPOs, IR, M&A

l   Responsible for implement of IPOs project

l   Explore enterprise values and write up professional articles

l   Liaise with internal and external parties, including clients, media and Sponsor etc.

l   Handle different kind of roadshow events

l   Plan, develop and implement PR activities, such as press conferences, PR events

l   Handle daily PR operations, monitor media exposure, develop strategic campaigns material, analyze performance statistics and recommend optimized solutions for clients.

Job Requirements:

l   Bachelor Degree in Journalism ,Communication, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines;

l   Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, Previous experience with IPOs project will be advantageous;

l   Familiar with crisis management and negotiation and communication experience with Institutional investors;

l   Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;

l   Dynamic person, good team player with strong communication skills
