Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound shipping documents, Tradelink declaration.
• Coordinate and assist to monitor daily operation in warehouse.
• Handle daily sales and purchase order processing. Prepare related documents.
• Maintain data input and filling.
• Provide good customer service with internal and external parties.
• Align sales forecast, stock balance and shipment quantity to secure reliable supply.
• Assist manager in other functions such as customer service, customer contract management.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 2-3 years related experience.

• Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.

• Hard working, eager to learn with strong sense of responsibility.
