Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 6 - 8 years' relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers
- Strong market sense and proactive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills
The Ideal Person:
- Supervise the leasing team to implement leasing plan and strategies for the Retail Porfolio
- Strengthen business network with current tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
- Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters
- Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
- Assist in budget planning and rental forecast
- Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
- Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents
- Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects
