Job Descriptions:

1. Maintain and provide account services to the existing clients.
2. Assistance to Project Coordinator to handle daily project operation documents and coordinate with various suppliers or clients by email.
3. Responsible for budget/ cost control and supplier’s payment verification
4. Perform ad-hoc tacks as assigned

Requirements：

1. College degree or above, with major in advertising, marketing and PR preferably;
2. More than 1 year of experience in production work shop or advertising company.  
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft office (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or 3D/ 2D software (e.g. 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop & Illustrator)
4. Self-motivated, responsible, team player and can work in tight schedule.
5. Fluency in English and Chinese writing and speaking
6. Immediate available is highly preferred.
