Responsibilities:

• Work in close relation with business partners in United States, UK and other markets across Asia to provide them with the necessary support on global business
• Work very closely with technology and operation teams in India and Hong Kong
• Monitor service standards and work with our operations teams to drive suppliers and operations teams across all areas of responsibility i.e. lead times, complaints, escalations
• Review each client business and identify ways to grow different client accounts and improve profitability

Requirements:

(Senior) Account Manager

• At least 5 years of experience in account services from advertising agency or relevant business; experience in marketing services, project management or B2B environment (Online business, digital agency, client service, program management, account management) is an advantage
• At 2 years supervision experience

Account Executive/ Account Manager

• At least 1 year of experience in account services from advertising agency or relevant business;

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
• Proven experience in growing business or handle partner relations in a B2B environment
• General knowledge of international business, high degree of cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Prior experience in working/dealing with tier-1/ global clients is advantage
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office – strong Excel skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
