Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key/new clients to innovate the capabilities and services to meet evolving needs.
• Take the lead to develop and sell compelling marketing plans and communication solutions to achieve clients’ business objectives.
• Ensure timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.

Skills and Requirements

• Degree educated, Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Management, Economics or other related major.
• Minimum 4-6 years of creative agency with digital experience is an advantage (Less experience will consider as an Associate Account Director).
• Dependable, consistent and detail oriented individual who is confident in guiding projects consists of multiple disciplines, with a clear understanding of industry development with up-to-date trends.
• Be creative inside-out, proactive and flexible.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is an additional advantage.
