RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the project-in-charge in managing the whole process of the operation of the project
• Liaise with client servicing team and other operation teams on the requirement of projects in relation to scheduling, content details and required materials.
• Responsible for supervision of data collectors on training, work schedule, data quality and discipline.
• Responsible for duties including data collection and quality checking.
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure good quality of work is maintained.
• To ensure the reliability and quality of the collected data. 
• To confirm the integrity and quality of the interviewers.
• To measure the performance of our interviewers in terms of Integrity, Honesty and Emotional Quotient.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Positive, willing to learn, detail-minded and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, energetic team player and willing to deal with large group of people
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer knowledge especially in MS Excel
• Fresh Graduate will also be considerable.
