Scope of Work:

• Provide all-rounded administrative and secretarial support to the team
• Assist in data entry, system management and other documents as required
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
• Liaise with both internal and external parties

Requirement:

• Diploma or above (Fresh Grad are also welcome)
• Proactive, independent, attentive to details, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent spoken and written in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
• 1 - 3 years relevant working experience
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and multi-task
• Immediate available is highly preferred
